Meetings

General meetings are held on the first Saturday of every second month at 1.30pm at our Shed.

This starts in February. General meetings are held in February, April, June, August and October. We don’t have a general meeting in December. We replace that with our Xmas party.

If you are interested in finding out more about our club please come along to one of these meetings.

At the conclusion of the meeting, we gather for a social catchup over drinks and nibbles. A $5 contribution is asked to assist with catering.

A social meeting will be held on the first Saturday of the alternate month at 1.30pm at our Shed. These are held March, May, September and November. The July social meeting is replaced with our yearly birthday celebrations.

Social Gatherings

Sip & Social Coffee. On the 2nd Monday of the month, from 10am, we gather for a coffee at the Hardware Cafe at Bunnings Noosaville. Everyone is welcome. It’s a fun and relaxing way to start the week.

Sip & Social Happy Hour. On the 3rd Thursday of the month, we meet at 3.30pm for Happy Hour at the Noosa Yacht & Rowing Club.  This is a great way to get to know your fellow members and spend some social time together at a great venue.

Bunnings

Our main fundraising event is our Bunnings BBQ. These are held monthly at Bunnings Noosaville on the 4th Friday of every month.

Volunteers are always most welcome. Donations of sauces, drinks, serviettes and water are always very much appreciated.

Eumundi Market Car Parking Fundraiser

We volunteer on the 2nd and 5th Saturday mornings of the month, greeting visitors to the famous Eumundi Market. We help out at the pay station and assist them with their car parking. This is a fun filled morning with time to browse the market stalls.

Containers for change

You can help us by taking your bottles and cans to your nearest Container for Change depot and choosing the Noosa Women’s Shed as your recipient. Whilst these amounts may appear small they add up over the course of the year.
